Our Customer Services team answer lots of questions every day. Here are some of the more common questions and their answers.

 


Q:

Why haven’t I had a confirmation email?

A:

Sometimes we find that the email has gone into the spam filter.  Please check your spam filter and then add AV Partsmaster as a trusted email. If there is no email in your spam filter please login to your account, from here you can check the status of your order at any time.  A confirmation email is only sent when the order has been accepted.


Q:

Where is my Parcel

A:

Most of our products are shipped on a standard next day delivery, some are on a 48 delivery.  We will always advise you of a shipping time and when you should expect your delivery. We use a number of Courier companies to deliver our products.  We also do ship some products direct from the manufacturers, to save time.  Standard next day delivery is usually between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.


Q:

I ordered the wrong items

A:

If you are a consumer then under the distance selling regulations you may return the items if unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a resalable condition.  All returns need to be requested using the Return Request Form, which we need within 7 days of receiving the goods.  We recommend that the goods are properly packed, and returned using a signed for service from Royal Mail or a Courier. 

Business and Education customers may return items if unused within 7 days subject to a restocking fee. A Return Request form will need to be completed and a returns number issued before sending an item back.

Why is there a delay in me receiving my order?

A:

There can be many reasons for a delay in your order.  Have you checked our Customer Help article “Reasons for Order Delays”.  If you are certain everything is OK and you were expecting the order, then please call customer services who will investigate for you.
